- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I will work with you to get you the video you want for your budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We speak on the phone so you can ask me questions and I can learn exactly what you need your video to be. I give you some pricing options and you select what you want. I then write up a work agreement and you send it to me. You pay a 25% deposit to hold the shoot date.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a BA in Video Production. I have been filming since 2001 and worked in many video disciplines.
