This company is above and beyond the best--I highly recommend them! Their attention to detail and concern for containment and avoiding cross-contamination should be the standard for mold remediation. But what really sets them apart is their people. Not only are they highly skilled, but the customer service is unparalleled. Rich (one of the owners) went out of his way to walk me through this process, made sure my family was safe, helped me navigate insurance (my adjustor mentioned he's a big fan of Rich bc he knows how to work with insurance well), kept me updated on our project every step of the way, and helped us avoid unnecessary costs while going the extra mile to ensure our home was safe when all was said and done. Chase and Al impressed me with their positive attitudes and their hard work. Every employee I met was genuinely kind, seemed to enjoy and take pride in their work, and made what could have been a very unpleasant and stressful situation actually pleasant and gave us much needed relief. They use an outside company to conduct their mold testing and this is another way they demonstrate integrity! I will hire them again in the future if I run into this situation ever again, and I could not recommend Hydro Mechanical Alleviation more!

This is the company you need for any mold removal! I can't recommend these guys enough! I initially chose them due to their reviews and then final decision with their price. From start to finish was a pleasant experience. Chance is extremely knowledgeable and answered all my questions with detail. Walked me through the whole process. The Job was well done. They have extremely competitive prices! My final amount was even cheaper than the initial estimate. Don't be skeptical to choose them because they are much cheaper than most. They are professional, get the job done in a timely manner, cleaned up after themselves, treated my home with respect, and went over everything that went on once they were finished. You won't be sorry if you choose this company. Will use them again if this unfortunate event of water damage/mold happens again.
