“This Is It” Events Planning is here to assist you on your special day. We can be with you from the beginning to the end or just on the day itself; whichever option works for you. Examples of what we can do to make your life easier include: 1. We can provide lists of possible venues so you don't have to search for them yourself. Let us do that for you because that's what we’re here for. 2. We can give you a list of businesses that provide services needed for your event, such as musical entertainment, food, beverage and whatever else you might need. We can customize the suggested list we provide to fit your preferred budget. In addition to these examples, we will go the extra mile and help manage your invitations to make certain they are sent out on time. We will keep track of the RSVP’s to let you know how many guests will be in attendance. We can also help book accommodations for out of town guests. Of course our favorite part is the big day itself! We want to be there from start to finish to assist with the set up and decorations and just make sure everyone is ready and on schedule. Let us handle the details for you so you can enjoy knowing the day will go as beautifully as you planned. Everything we have listed is just a small portion of what we do. We take our job very seriously and we understand and appreciate the fact that when you want something done, you want it done right! Our goal is to make this as painless as possible for you. We want you to just relax and enjoy the process. This is it! We have been in the service industry for over ten years and know what it takes to make people happy! We have developed our skill set from catering and bartending weddings to currently planning the wedding itself. We have also been booked to photograph several weddings and capture its beautiful moments. Though we believe training never ends, we have a degree in Business Management, are Servsafe Certified and are currently enrolled in courses at the QC Event Planning School. We work very hard to deliver results. We are sisters who believe life should be a celebration! We like to have fun and add funky little twists to any occasion, making your event something to remember. We take pride in creating beautiful events on a budget. Our goal is for you and your guests to have the best time and create moments to cherish forever.

Heather was an amazing day-of wedding coordinator. She visited the venue before the event and thought through a lot of the details. Her and her team were very efficient at making sure everything was on time, and exactly how we wanted. They made sure the venue was spotless before leaving and did a great job communicating with vendors. Would highly recommend!

It would be impossible for me to run of good things to say about them, they were wonderful through the whole planning process and at the actual wedding. They were so helpful and organized, but they also just are fun people to talk to and work with! They went beyond my expectations and gave me so much help even without being asked, doing things like researching vendors, suggesting fun activities for the reception, and decor ideas. On the day of, they took every curveball thrown at them with grace and handled it themselves so I truly had nothing to worry about. I felt totally comfortable leaving all details in their very capable hands, so enjoyed working with them!!

Heather, thank you for your organizational skills, incredible timing and great ideas. You were able to make our daughter’s wedding flow without any flaws. Thank you also your for detailed timelines. They came in handy as to showing our events leading up to the big day. Lastly, your planning and constant involvement really got everyone into gear to start, continue, and complete all tasks with efficacy and empathy.
