I offer an athletic, alignment-based yoga class focused on linking the mind and body through breath. You will leave feeling better than you came. I will design the class to meet the needs of your group specifically and can accommodate all levels within one class (including prenatal/postpartum). My boyfriend and I came up to the Colo Springs area for a mini getaway. As a treat to ourselves we booked Jess for a private hour yoga session. Her presence, voice and yoga style was so calming. She was so wonderful modifying poses and stretches to meet both our needs. We felt fabulous at the end of the session and ready to take on the day. Would 100% do it again. We also had our pups running around at first and she was so accommodating.

Looking for an absolutely perfect in home yoga session? Look no further! We were visitors to C. Springs celebrating a wedding and birthday and wanted to care for ourselves during the busy stay. Our group of five varied in age and skill level and wanted a challenging, affirming and comfortable session. Jess Burgdorf met and exceeded our expectations. She was easy to book and came right on time with a smile, yoga mats and beautiful music in hand. The instruction was pretty incredible, as Jess introduced an excellent variety of poses, each with adjustments for skill level. If you've been to classes that are highly repetitive with the every three minute return to downward dog with pressure on the wrists, this is not Jess. Her session left us each feeling stretched, relaxed, challenged, stronger and peaceful. Wishing I could bring Jess Burgdorf home with me!!
