My experience in hiring and using Jaime of New Age FAR exceeded any expectations. Pleasant attentive listener on the phone, he assured me of his competence, arranged to pick up likely needed parts and flexibly arranged to meet me quite early the following day. His system confirmed the time and appointment a number of times and he showed up on time, in a clean professional work truck/jeep with parts in hand. He inquired re booties, and expertly repaired my Maytag quickly and efficiently. His fees were extremely reasonable. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! (I have zero connection to him or his company.)

Called me to ask if he could come early.Diagnosed the problem , spending the time to removed all the ice from the coil. He will return this week with the final repair part. In between visits we have a workin frig!

I've worked with a lot of contractors and experienced a huge spectrum of good to bad. Jaime easily goes at the top of my list for favorites. He was incredibly responsive, arrived exactly on time, provided very clear and honest information about what he was seeing with our washer and dryer, and he was so respectful of our house and our family. I felt perfectly safe having him here while I was alone - he was calm and so friendly. He's now my go-to call for future appliance help. Great guy, great service.

Jaime quickly assessed the problem and quoted the repair. My washer is 10 years old so not worth the cost of the repair but I definitely would have hired him to repair had it been worth it.
