FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I'm offering an introductory 10% discount on my labor. Some folk may be cheaper, but I can assure you of the value of your dollar with me. I want to give you the most bang for your buck as possible.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to see the space you would like to renovate. However, considering the COVID-19 situation, it's prudent that we speak either on the phone or virtually. I want you to get to know me a bit before you commit your money. Especially on a big project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have an Associate's Degree in Business from Arapaho Community College. I also graduated from a 4 year carpentry apprenticeship program. I carry a Class B license in Adams County. Through the years I've had other training both OJT and school. I passed the International Code Council Contractor Class A exam. I am also an InterNACHI Certified Professional Inspector. Until recently I was a certified rope access technician as well.
