- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Here at Adaptive construction, we focus on delivering quality work at an affordable price while using quality products. Most of our basic jobs will be performed at a time and material rate. Larger projects or multiple tasks will be then presented with an estimate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Communication and having a clear scope of work. 2. Discussing pricing and establishing a time frame for the work to be completed. 3. follow up text/ email with an estimate at this point they will be able to accept or decline the offer. 4. Preform and show the customer what quality work and communication can achieve.
