I hired Nelly and was hoping to have her come every two weeks. I did not have a specific schedule and usually texted her in advance to check her availability. She’s cleaned my house twice and it was fine. We had a third cleaning scheduled and she texted me early that morning that she was sick. I completely understand so wasn’t a big deal. I followed up with her the next week and she scheduled 9 am arrival and never showed up. I texted her twice to confirm with zero response. Never heard back. It’s been almost 2 weeks.
