- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have very fair and upfront pricing. All material are directed for the customer to pay so they get the highest levels of discounts. As for the labor it is paid via invoice once the work is done and the customer is satisfied with the final result.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We always meet the customer on site to review the project (this can be done over zoom also). After taking accurate measurements we build a 3d model and an estimate for them. Then we answer any questions about design, budget, and process. IF they like it then we sign an agreement and move forward.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Over the past 4 years I have built 25 decks in the denver area. Since 2003 I have been involved in managing and completing large construction projects through Colorado and Wyoming.
