- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We use clear flat-rate pricing whenever the scope is known. For problems that need diagnosis, our service visit is $89 and that amount goes toward approved work completed during the visit. If we find anything outside the original scope, we explain it and confirm the price before doing additional work.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We first learn what is happening and may ask for photos or a few details. Once onsite, we inspect the problem, explain what we found, and review the repair options and pricing before starting. After the work is completed, we test everything, clean the area, and make sure the customer understands what was done.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Skyla Plumbing is a Colorado-licensed plumbing contractor, and our plumbing work is performed by licensed plumbers. Our experience includes residential service, repairs, water heaters, fixtures, valves, remodel plumbing, and troubleshooting. We continue learning through field experience, code requirements.
