The service call fee is APPLIED TOWARD the total cost of the repair. Service Call Fees: • Residential appliance service call: $85 • Commercial equipment service call: $120 • Built-in or combo unit service call: $170 We also offer the following discounts: Veterans and seniors: 10% off labor Referral Program: Receive discounts when you refer friends, family, or business partners. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
To ensure a smooth and professional experience, we follow a clear three-step process when working with new customers: 1. Scheduling a Service Call (Diagnostics): We begin by collecting basic information — your name, address, and contact details — and then schedule a convenient time for a technician to visit. 2. Estimate for Repair: After completing the diagnostic, our technician provides a clear and detailed estimate for the necessary repair. In most cases, this happens on the same day. 3. Repair Work: If you approve the estimate, we proceed with the repair — either immediately or at a scheduled time that works best for you. We value your time and aim to make every step simple, efficient, and stress-free.
