The whole experience with Wilson and Myers was excellent. Communication is clearly a priority in both scheduling and in the technician’s arrival. Repairs were clearly explained and the work was done according to schedule. The work guarantee was another plus. I would gladly call them in again for our repair needs.

I scheduled for a call to find out what was wrong. The worker arrived and just completed the work without telling me prices. After I was told I expressed my concern of not agreeing to prices. I reached out to the owner and they stated the worker was caught up and forgot to inform of prices and only made me pay the service fee. They were apologetic and professional. Sergio was professional and quick with his repairs.
