Process of hiring and working with W&M for my dishwasher repair was so easy; and they were extremely responsive. For a Saturday morning, I expected slow response times but not with them. Im talking minutes. The back-and-forth chat was professional and made me feel comfortable working with them (along with the other 5-star reviews). Brendan was at my house at the exact time they said and was polite, knowledgeable (taught me some things!), and troubleshot the issue with ease. He explained the cost tier before diving into the work, and even though it ultimately ended up just being the base rate (since the offending issue in the dishwasher was a tiny piece of plastic that clogged the drain!), if parts and labor beyond that were needed, the prices still seemed reasonable. I would highly recommend them (and ask for Brendan!). Thanks for bailing me out an annoying appliance issue first thing on a Saturday morning!

We were in a bind after a cleaning person put way too much water and soap on the stove to clean it. The burners would night start had to be lite with a match. Called this Appliance repair company they were here that afternoon. The repair man was very professional and worked hard to complete the project. I would highly recommend this company. Will use in the future if needed. Thank you very much.

They were able to make it out the same day! I didn't know what was wrong with our dryer, but the technician arrived with spare parts ready to go and got us back up and running same day! Very professional and friendly service. I will 100% go with Wilson and Myers team if I run into issues with another appliance.

We were so pleased with this company! They were able to send someone out same day, actually 2 hours after first contacting them. Paul came and fixed two appliance issues (washer and microwave) in about an hour. We thought the pricing overall was reasonable. Would recommend.
