- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer transparent, flexible pricing based on the size and needs of your event. Solo guitar starts at $110/hr, a duo at $225/hr, a trio at $325/hr, and full band pricing is custom depending on the lineup. Travel is $35 within 30 minutes of Denver or $60 for 30-60 minutes (doubled for trio and larger). I'm happy to work within your budget and offer discounts for longer engagements or off-peak times. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start with a consultation to understand your event's vibe and musical needs. We'll discuss the size of your venue, the type of event, and your musical preferences. From there, I'll recommend the best option — whether that's my solo performance, a duo, a trio, or a full band like Chick Magnet or Black Hole Boogie Band. I handle all the logistics, including equipment and setup, so you can focus on enjoying your event.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As a professional musician, I have extensive training in jazz and contemporary music. I play guitar, bass, and vocals, and I also teach private lessons in all three. My bands — Chick Magnet (Chick Corea tribute), Phooey (psychedelic funk), and Black Hole Boogie Band (jazz fusion, signed with PS Audio) — feature highly skilled musicians with deep backgrounds in performance and music education.
