- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge approximately $30/hr for 1 bartender and $50/hr for 2, but that number is flexible depending on the size and complexity of the event, the desires of the guest, and the driving distance from Denver. We can acquire liquor and ice for the party with a 100% deposit and an additional fee (usually $50, but could be more or less if the order is very complex or simple).
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to contact clients via phone or email and get a sense of the size of the party and the complexity of the desired menu. Then we get to work crafting customized cocktail recipes and grocery lists, and once the client approves them and provides a deposit, we acquire the liquor and other ingredients (if desired). We also like to check in one or two more times in advance of the event, providing advice on disposables and ice quantities needed (if desired), and ensuring all the details are covered and everyone is on the same page. On the day of the event, we show up and set up and have a great time, making sure to leave our station clean as we leave!
