6. Fit Resilience
"Jeff has experience training with a variety of clientele. Working as a sports performance coach, he has work with numerous NFL athletes, professional soccer and basketball players, and collegiate/youth athletes participating in several different sports. Jeff has also worked with active people rehabbing from injury including ACLs, hip injuries, shoulder injuries, etc. Outside of training athlete, he has experience training NPC bodybuilding competitors, weight loss clientele, muscle gain clientele, and corrective/ injury prevention clientele. Using a extensive fitness assessment, training programs are completely custom to the client including mobility, strength, and conditioning needs. To complement training programs, Jeff utilizes custom nutrition plans to accelerate progress towards his clients goals.
I am very lucky to do what I do for a living. I enjoy meeting new people and learning their experiences that lead them towards setting their fitness goals. Everyone is completely different and unique in there own way and I love the challenge that comes with learning to motivate and create programs to get them to achieve their goals. Seeing one of my athletes making a huge play in a game or a client lose the 25lbs they worked so hard for or for someone to run for the first time after several weeks post surgery is an amazing experience."
