- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Set goals, standards, and budget in order to formulate the best plan of action moving forward with a project. The more planning that can be done prior to construction beginning, the better the finished product will be and the more likely a project is to stay on budget.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have passed both the IRC and IBC based exams for Residential Building Contractor & Commercial Engineering Contractor. I have 2 years education at a technical college, and millions of dollars of construction management under my belt as a superintendent
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Residential new construction, residential remodel, multi family remodel, and commercial tenant improvements.
