FAQs
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Property Management is what started this business and still remains a key component. My clients are residential and commercial property owners with very few tenants and prefer not to have direct contact. Most of my regular clients originally had a problem that needed fixing or organizing and management. Weather just regular weekly housekeeping, cleaning after household repairs or cleaning up after patients for elder care. Organizing is a key to keeping things clean and is often overlooked or not valued. I try to share little tricks and secrets with my clients so they can feel a sense of accomplishment in hiring a person like me with such vast experiences.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Whenever you need to bring someone into your home or office it's important to do a personal interview to get a sense of their competence and skill level so you can feel comfortable in your choice. I would also get confirmation by checking with at least one of the reference they have provided. Definitely ask for reference.
