- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have furthered my education at Johnson and Wales University here in Denver, just recently graduating with my second degree in the field. After getting my Culinary degree i decided to go back and continue my education in entrepreneurship and restaurant management. I would say i am very up to date with the latest developments in my industry.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I've always had a way with food. The only thing i've ever wanted was to expand within the industry and share my love of food with the world.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Date nights. Small group or couples cooking lessons. Small catered events. Cooking skills instructions. Hands on dinners.
