All I can see is wow! We wanted a fine dining experience at home to celebrate my husband’s birthday, and we got one! (Almost celebrated at Shanahans, so glad we didn’t! ) I worked with chef Cameron to create a 5/6 course tasting menu. He accommodate from the most sophisticated palettes to the pickiest with ease! Our chef, Elliot arrived on time, professionally dressed , with all food, equipment, and table settings! Each course was described, presented, and served as if we were in a 5-star restaurant. The food and service was superb! We were never rushed, even enjoying a dance in between courses! The best part, set up and clean up included! We want to thank you for this most memorable evening and will definitely use Inclined Catering again for special occasions and will refer to all our friends Pattie

I booked Inclined Catering for my husbands birthday dinner and it was perfect. Every course was great and every guest loved it. Chef and the bartender was extremely professional and nice and we had the best time ever. Definitely will book again for future celebrations! I think photos talks for itself - so take a look.

My family and I utilized the services of Inclined Catering for a private party on 20March2021. The professionalism of Chef Josh and his team, from menu selection, through preparation and service, through tear down and clean-up was absolutely 5-star and I would highly recommend him to anyone seeking a private chef experience. Inclined Catering helped me out with a surprise party for my wife's 40th birthday (12 person guest list). As I was seeking out a private chef for in-home service, I quickly discovered that the options were limited...at least that was my experience for the Colorado Springs/Denver Metro area. The majority of chefs seemed to have limited experience and did not have the upscale level of menu that I was looking for. The chefs that did have availability (2 months out) didn't seem to have menus that aligned with my tastes. Chef Josh's and Inclined Catering's "Million Dollar Menu" was exactly what I was looking for. Not only was the menu on-point to the formality level of the party, Chef Josh worked with me to customize various parts of the menu to be exactly what I wanted (to include vegetarian options for a couple of our guests). We ended up with a 7-course menu that was absolutely exquisite. Josh assisted with menu preparation and planning throughout and personally tailored it for our tastes. On the day of our party, Chef Josh and his team showed up on-time and quickly began to prepare for the event. They personally managed the dining area and were flexible to delay our start time as a few of our guests (to include the birthday girl) were running a little late. Each course was professionally delivered along with an overview of each by Chef Josh. We did not want for anything during the entire meal service. The meal was absolutely amazing...truly perfect...and all of our guests were extremely pleased. Following the meal, Chef Josh and his team quickly cleaned the dining area and the kitchen and our house was left as if nothing had ever occurred. Again... I can't state enough how highly I recommend the services of Chef Josh and his team at Inclined Catering. They truly delivered exactly what I was hoping for with my wife's 40th birthday dinner. If you are looking for an upscale (pick your adjective...formal, classy, etc) private meal, you should definitely consider Inclined Catering.

The experience we had with Cameron & Josh from Inclined Catering was wonderful. We had their catering service at my daughter’s wedding. I searched many catering companies, but Cameron was so respectful and patient on guiding me thru the menu for our venue. It was our first experience with a full plated catering service, and definitely not our last with Inclined Catering.

Cameron and Josh were amazing. Showed up on time and got to work right away. Everything on the 4 course menu was to die for. This was for our sibling holiday party for 8 people. We had 2 different salad choices, 3 different appetizers, 2 entrees, and 4 desserts. Cameron and Josh are super nice, efficient, quick and easy going. Everything was on our schedule. They brought everything that was needed. This was a wonderful experience. We felt like we were at a high end steakhouse but it was so much better and the quality of service and food was phenomenal! We have been talking about doing this well before covid but it was great timing for us. The pictures are great but do not do justice to the fine dining experience we experienced in the comfort of our own home. I would highly recommend hiring! Looking for an excuse to have them back soon. Maybe our anniversary in June!
