As your personal Event Designer, this planning assistance comes at NO ADDITIONAL COST. I will personally help you order the correct quantities of necessary items, assist with liquor ordering, guide you on correct table linen sizes & fabrics and so on. Above and beyond everything else, I will, alongside our Executive Chef, personally design a menu for your event that is one of a kind. All while helping you stay on budget.
We can be fully involved in your celebration, start to finish, or as minimally invasive as you choose us to be, based on your specific event needs.

We hired them for our Wedding at the Washington Park Boathouse. Food was delicious and the organizer Brooke did an amazing job at a very reasonable price.

We have hired A Perfect Bite to cater our Holiday Party for the last 2 years. We are a non-profit serving adults with intellectual/developmental disabilities, and so some of our needs are a little unusual, and Karin and the team at A Perfect Bite handled everything beautifully. Most of all, they were able to work with our budget, and cater a lunch for our huge group (over 400) with no problems! I will continue to work with them for the foreseeable future!

Brooke and her team's service was amazing from start to finish! We held our work Christmas party at The Forney Museum of Transportation. The meal was outstanding and everything was done just as Brooke said it would be. We couldn't be happier with the entire evening, it was enjoyed by all. Thanks Brooke!
