FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes, non contract pricing is $95/hr with a $35 trip charge. With a maintenance contract, pricing is reduced and service call priority status goes higher. Phone consultations are free upon availability. If tools are required it is a service call and charges apply.

A typical starting point when a problem exist is to schedule a service call then I diagnose and clean/tune up system if possible. If repairs are needed the parts and labor time is quoted. If a contract is purchased at the time of initial service the original diagnosis and cleaning cost is free.
