Tim was very professional from the beginning. We hired him to cook dinner for my friends and I on a Saturday night girls night. A lot of the girls had dietary restrictions, so he was very accommodating in helping us figure out a menu that everyone would enjoy. And to everyones delight all nine of us girls enjoyed his food! All the ingredients were fresh and tasted delicious. We had an appetizer, entree, and dessert. Each were presented on a menu card and it made the experience all the more personal. If you're in the Denver area, don't hesitate to hire Tim!

We wanted a special night for our friends birthday so we thought it would be fun to have a private chef who wouldn't mind if we all participated in the preparation! Chef Tim couldn't have been a better choice! He put together a Spanish theme that was amazing!! He is a real professional! Very knowledable! Chef Tim brought fresh beautiful vegetables,seafood,and meats! We enjoyed him so much, that we are hiring him again in December for an Italian theme!! He was fantastic!!

I hired Tim to help plan a surprise dinner for my wife's birthday. He was able to help construct an appropriate menu, not only for the two of us, but also for our kids. The 5 course meal he prepared for us was amazing. Tim is a true professional when it comes to creating dishes and pairings (he constructed a sweet potato soup and included pumpkin seed oil and toasted quinoa for an amazing flavor). The food was perfectly cooked ans seasoned and the platings were very elegant. The evening was great and he even brought my wife flowers and presented us with our own custom menu to capture the special evening. We would absolutely hire Tim again for any future cooking/catering needs.
