Sorry this pro can’t do your job, but we know other pros who can.
Introduction: I like to maintain a freindly one to one service and not speak jargon geek speak to people , if a problem can be resolved fast i can do it over the phone without the need for a call out or more importantly a charge to the customer . I love to get out and meet people , being stuck in a backroom fixing computers 24/7 was never going to be my career choice hence i choose to travel to jobs it turns an otherwise tedious job into an interesting one .

I brought my laptop in for some serious virus repair. As always, Paul was friendly and knowledgeable. Paul fixed the mess and did some extras too. I got my laptop back THE NEXT DAY and the fee was incredibly affordable. Trustworthy and reliable, do not go with anyone else!

FAQs

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Its difficult with the sheer volume of PC techs operating at present in the Metro area to sort out the good from the Bad . Word of mouth from Friends / Family / Co-workers is always good to start with . Beware of techs advertising at very low rates on places like craigslist these are known in the trade as "Pizza techs " they are unlicensed uninsured and generally untrustworthy as there is a good chance they will pick up your PC / Laptop and thats the last you will see of it . If the Computer repair company has a website check it out and phone them ask questions and get a feel for what they are about and always remember if its to good to be true it normally is .
