Andrei came to my house to pick up my husband's laptop. We decided to have his fixed first as his was in worse condition. The hinges were broken on both sides. He called me that night with his diagnosis and the cost of the part and his labor. The part came in 2 days and he began work on it immediately and delivered it to us on Sat. Wonderful turn around! I will definitely use him to work on my computer - which has only one broken hinge. We have set up a time in July that he will be working on it. I am very satisfied with the service from Andrei. I had the power jack re-soldered which worked for about a week but then my laptop stopped charging again. The hourly rate is usually applied when I have to be on-site and/or responding to an un-planned event or to an open-ended situation.
