IN2 responded within 2 hours to my post and were at my home (10 miles or so from their office) within 4 hours. Great job troubleshooting my issues and letting me know what the lowest cost options were to get the problem fixed. Computer needed battery replacement, but due to the cost of the battery and age of the computer, they recommended that I replace it rather than repair. They were able to fix all the slow processor issues so I least I can use it while plugged in. Super impressed the at they are looking out for the customer before their own profit! My father's computer binned itself and needed to be saved. They were able to come over first day and start working on it. After a day and a half it's all back to normal.
