I am always trying to grow my knowledge in the field and gain more certifications from industry regulating bodies to make sure that I am on top of my game.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
The most common type of job I perform for clients is either virus removal or a PC tune up.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
As nice as it would be to be able to speed things up in the repair process, I can only work as fast as the equipment, and sometimes it will take 10 hours or longer.
