We are so happy we chose Benoit to cater our wedding Benoit was very patient with all my phone calls and questions prior to our event. I can only rate his profesionalism with an exceptional score The food was beautifully displayed and the buffet was set up very elegantly The staff were outstanding-very efficient and professional. They attended to every detail without having to be asked Benoit and his team made our special day truly special. We look foward working with you again on the next family event. We had chef over at our house two nights ago and he was fantastic. He was very flexible with our dietary needs and modifications of some of the ingredients. My wife cooked with him, as it was her birthday present, and he answered a bunch of questions she had about roasting and brazing and also other general cooking questions not related to the meal. Would highly recommend chef!!!

The price is discussed with the customer before the job is done for a specific menu and number of guests, a deposit could be asked to book my services and calendar
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like when the customers describe their needs on thumbtack, then a phone call is always a good thing to go more into details and wrap up everything.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
It’s been 25 years I’m working in the culinary industry, Im certified plant based and certified executive chef from the American Culinary Federation. Few years ago I’ve been graduated with Certified Health Coach diploma from IIN New-York because I think the food we eat is deeply related with our health.
