- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
What you should know is it's okay to reveal your budget. Home staging is said to cost an average of 1% of the sale price of the home, but currently that's not the case. Home staging prices have dropped tremendously making it more affordable for sellers. Although we have set pricing on most of our services we offer a variety of budget friendly options that will help you get the results you are looking for.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process when working with a client is to start with a consultation. During the consultation I ask a lot of questions and I welcome them as well. Each client is different and unique so I like to know as much about there project needs as I possibly can. After the consult I go back to the office to draft a POA based on the clients needs. Then I follow up with the client to make sure they approve the scope of work, a contract is signed, the invoice is sent out for payment and the process begins. I oversee everything from start to finish to ensure everything is completed on time and on budget.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I studied Interior Design at the Art Institute and I have an extensive background in Visual Merchandising.
