Our dog has separation anxiety, plus wouldn't keep his nose out of our food. Harrie, our trainer, was amazing. He's doing so much better, and we feel we're on the right track to solving his issues in time. We started with a different trainer at Noble Beast, who had some communication issues, and misdiagnosed our guy. The owner handled the situation beautifully... She made us feel confident that we weren't throwing our prepaid sessions away, soothed my panic, and they started the sessions over with the new trainer. Best customer service I've had in a long time. We have ongoing phone support, and if new issues crop up with the dog, we know Harrie is there for us. It's the best thing we've ever done for our dog.

I was excited to get started with Noble Beast, they said they would set up a training plan for us and it all sounded great. The entire first session was discussing my dogs behaviors, okay, that was probably time well spent. The next two sessions felt very productive and structured, I was happy at this point. Then on the fourth (out of 6) session the trainer pretty much asked me what I wanted to go over...Um hello? That's what I'm paying you for since you're the alleged expert. Whatever, after 6 sessions and $400 i noticed some positive changes in my dog and I did learn a few things along the way. However, when I took him to be evaluated for agility class as my trainer suggest I do, I was told he needed to attend a level one obedience. Seriously? What did I just waste that time and money on?! I'm so frustrated.
Noble Beast Dog Training's reply
Hi Amy, I am so sorry that you had such a bad experience with us. I wish you would have called in and complained as soon as you were feeling unhappy. The trainers response was totally unacceptable and I would like to see what I can do to make this better for you. Can you please email me directly at Mindy@NobleBeastDogTraining.com so I can help make this better. Would your dogs name be Kronos by the way? Please let me know and again, I apologize for your experience! I will do everything I can to make this better for you!

Mindy was kind enough to call and let me know that Noble Beast was not going to be able to assist me due to some staffing issues, she got me in contact with someone else who has been very helpful. I think I would have enjoyed working with her and will recommend them to anyone who asks.
Noble Beast Dog Training's reply
Hi Kara, thanks so much for the review. It is important to us that if we can't help you out we connect you directly with a trainer we know personally who can. I am glad your experience was worth sharing!

They never call me back and never answer my questions
Noble Beast Dog Training's reply
Hi Kourtney, I am sorry you felt we did not communicate with you, but we log all client information and did indeed try to reach out to you to get training set up, but I did not hear back from you. Below are the dates I contacted you and what I tried to accomplish: 7/20/15 - Sent Del Dog Class info through Thumbtack along with VRH - MSJ She sent an email wanting the 7/25 class but paying for the 8/15 class, confused me so told her we could not do that, but suggested locations closest to Aurora, also told her we needed SAF, VAX and payment before I could finish enrollment, and sent link to class sched so she could pick a class - MSJ 7/25/15 - Left a VM explaining the class situation and urging her to sign up quickly as classes fill fast - MSJ / 7/27/15 - Left a VM as well as a Thumbtack message to see if she was still interested in class - MSJ Perhaps we did not have the correct phone number (?), but I did reach out in several ways and never heard back from you so feel that the review is very unfair. Again, I apologize for your experience with us and hope that perhaps it was a misunderstanding of some sort and am happy to assist you with a class if you would like, but understand if not. Thanks so much! Mindy Jarvis - Noble Beast Dog Training
