We have been working with Nico for a year now, and our first experience was so fantastic we brought him on immediately for weekly cleaning and home project support. On his first visit, he spent hours going through our home identifying areas that needed deep cleanings and repairs, including black mold in our bathroom ceiling fans that we hadn't even noticed. We were impressed by his attention to detail and genuine care for our home. He also identified the need to re-caulk our tubs and took care of that as well.Nico is consistently punctual, accommodates my changing weekly list of priorities, and was incredibly flexible when we added a puppy to our home. His combination of excellent detailed cleaning and handyman skills is rare to find.If you're looking for someone who is thorough, reliable, and truly invested in maintaining your home, I cannot recommend Nico enough.
