Jay did an excellent job doing the framing, drywall and interior trim for my remodel. He showed up when scheduled and worked late to keep the schedule he gave me. I would recommend him to anyone and plan to use him on my next job. Thanks Jay!

Had squirrels getting into soffit on two peaks of two story house. I can say with the work that Jay did, they will NOT get back in. Quality of work was excellent. Jay responded right away and gave me an estimate when I asked for an estimate and he showed up exactly when he said he was going to show to fix my issue. Jay spent extra time touching up the paint so soffit looks as good as new! Would definitely recommend Otto Custom Builders.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing are based on the size of each project, we will work with your budget to either quite you in an hourly price or a flat rate.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to speak with the customer on their goals of each projects, scope of work and timeline. Then we set up a time to view the project and base a time frame of how long the project will take, we also review with each customer how we will go about each task and ask questions about their project in person. We then schedule a time and date around their schedule to begin work. We like to maintain constant communication with each client and keep their budget and interests in mind. The customer will always receive a free estimate and come up with a budget that works for the customer.
