About
I teach master level technique, which is necessary in order to obtain speed while still sounding smooth. Most drum teachers are not studied in the hand techniques that I teach. Many of the other techniquesâthat are frequently taught by othersâwill lead to breaking drum sticks, heads, and pain in your wrists. With the techniques that I will teach you, you will be able to play fast, smooth, and comfortably.
I love teaching drums! I play and teach professionally full time in Denver, and I would not want it any other way.

Nick is an awesome teacher! I highly recommend him to all the students that really wants to learn how to play the drums. I've met so many drum teacher for the past 12 years but I haven't been this comfortable with teacher before. I use to play the violin for about 8 1/2 years and I've been wanting to play the drums just about all my life. Nick really gave me a really good first impression, and i'm very excited to keep on working with him until i'm a pro at the drums.

Nick is a very talented teacher. My grandson began drum lessons two weeks ago and we are very pleased with his ability to teach. I would recommend him to you if you are interested in learning how to play drums.

I would definitely take lessons from Nick Soave if you want to play drums. I am a beginning drummer. For my first lesson, Nick came to my house and showed me how to tune each drum and helped to be sure everything was set up up properly. He then began to coach me on drumming. He was very kind and patient and very good at explaining things. I don't think you can go wrong with Nick. His current offer of TWO free lessons to start with is very generous. He also is very centrally located for those that live in Denver. TRY A LESSON WITH NICK as I did and you will be happy you did!

Great teacher patient knowledgeable had me kickimg it my first lesson most definitely a good choice highly recommend he will have you killing it in no time

My daughter started lessons a few weeks ago and it has been going great! Nick has been very encouraging and really seems to understand how to teach a kid. We plan on continuing her lessons and I would highly recommend him to others :)
