They did a great job! There was a miscommunication about the exact work we needed done but the technician was flexible and got a new price for the job we wanted done super quickly and was able to pivot. he did a really thorough job cleaning the outside of our duct work and it feels so much cleaner in here. thank you!

Ben did a fantastic job, ducts were nice and clean, he took before and after pictures. He was professional and patient, helped me drape cloths over furniture and move things, shared with us that he'd found some "loose" duct work and provided tape to fix. All around, great job, would recommend.

We found the Jack Air Duct Cleaning service from a Facebook post. We are so thankful we did. The service provided by our technician, Tomi, was phenomenal. She explained every facet of the duct cleaning process and provided follow-on instructions. She cleaned every vent and duct in our split level, 3000+ sq ft home. Tomi was very engaging and answered all of our questions. We tested the heating after the service and noticed an immediate increase in air flow from our vents. We are looking forward to our clean air and better heating and cooling. We highly recommend their team. Thank you!
