Pleased customer! I am a return customer, who first used Clean Air Genie services in January 2024 for whole house and dryer vent cleaning. As recommended by Isabel, I scheduled a return service call for dryer vent cleaning two years later and also had a furnace check. The furnace engine was in desperate need of cleaning so I decided to proceed with that service today. I also referred my neighbor for service and scheduled whole house & dryer cleaning plus furnace engine cleaning for my rental property. The prices for service were impossible to beat and the service was excellent.Isabel obviously knows the business. Exterior of my property had been painted since the first service and she noticed that the exterior dryer vent had been damaged by the painters. She proposed an interior access to the vent and gave me an assessment of what she found so I can follow up with painter for fix the vent and make things right. Assessment of the condition and problem solving situation were greatly appreciated and demonstrates her commitment to high quality work.I highly recommend Clean Air Genie based on great communication, prices and quality workmanship! Ive already decided that in two years, I will be contacting them again to return for routine service, maintaining a clean and safe environment in my home at an affordable price. Thank you, Isabel!
