My methods have been proven effective for athletes AND non athletes. My main goal is for my clients to be able to do things they haven't been able to, or really want to do (physically). I have achieved this by simplifying how people train, training smart is more effective than training often and without purpose. Nutrition- evaluation, eating habit modification. Training- several varieties of resistance training (,Traditional,TRX, Red Chord, Stability balls), flexibility/ core training, agility, aerobic.

I am a profession hockey player and I've trained with Chris for years now and he is a very motivated and a very knowledgeable trainer. Every year his knowledge of training and nutrition grows and has been instrumental in helping me become a better athlete. Its unfortunate he left Minnesota because I can't train with him anymore but fortunate for anyone who will train with him in Colorado. I highly recommend Chris as a trainer!
