Introduction: I am very in tune with how nervous and intimidated people are to start yoga. They think "I'm not flexible enough", "I don't know all the yoga terms", "I'll look ridiculous". I felt the same way. My goal is to make it fun, challenging and completely comfortable so that it becomes something you integrate into your lifestyle. I'm not trying to make you into a yogi, I'm trying to make yoga a part of your life so you may gain from the benefits.
I love watching students grow and learn their body, get out of their comfort zone and becoming both mentally and physically strong.. Learn what they are capable of and watch them sink into a knowing that this IS for them, it IS for EVERYbody.
