(It didn’t spread past the kitchen to other floors) But it had to be fixed quickly before the water spread to more cabinets and further out into the wood floors. RGV Solutions understood that and they had a team on the project same day. They carefully analyzed how much damage we actually had and carefully removed the water soaked pieces. Best, they didn’t just replace all the cabinets (which would have cost a fortune). After the drying process, they cut the damage out and repaired everything. They even did their best to match the floorboards, which have a random color pattern, so that nobody would notice the seams. Our kitchen looks as good as it did before the leak. Their teams were scheduled so there was no downtime. I wasn’t waiting for days without work being done. The process could not have been faster or smoother. I HIGHLY recommend this group of people. They eased my anxiety and proceeded with efficiency. (Best, the price was competitive and on the low end of the bids we got.) These guys are the best. Paul made sure my flooded basement was dried correctly and was able to restore it without unnecessary costs. Also, Paul was the first professional out of six that studied my sump pump and figured out it wasn’t plugged in. Crazy…but first there was a team of home inspectors that missed it, then, a different restoration company came and wanted a large sum of money to restore my basement and would’ve done zero preventative maintenance, then a team of two plumbers that requested $3500 to “fix and replace” the sump pump, then Paul came out and saved the day. His due diligence on the matter saved my basement from getting flooded a second time…and maybe even a third time with as much rain as we’ve been getting. I would’ve been in a really bad place right now if not for Paul’s attention to detail. So, in short, I had a decent amount of people over that could’ve prevented some problems and there’s only one competent professional and that’s Paul…and he works at ASAP.
