- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I work with all kinds of budgets. From small to large. I don’t have a minimum on weddings I take. I price by the florals you choose, but I am budget conscious and will suggest substitutes that may be less expensive, but will give you the same look and feel. I’m very flexible and am here to make your day exactly what you want.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We offer a free consultation. We would love to meet and go over what your ideas are for your special day. Everyones wedding is different. By having a consultation we can pin point what your flower and decor needs are.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
A little bit about me! My name is Marcy Kennedy I guess you could say flowers are my life! At least it's been my career for the past 23 years. I was born and raised in Clovis, New Mexico and in 1994 moved to Denver to attend the Colorado Institute of Art from which I graduated in 1996. I began my career in the floral business in '94 where I worked for a well known local chain in Denver starting as a retail associate and quickly worked my way up to a design position. After many years there, I managed a flower shop in Denver at a downtown hotel where I did large events for confrences, weddings and parties of all kinds. . Wanting to slow down I went back to working for a boutique flower shop in a local neighborhood in central Denver. I entered and won first place in the Rocky Mountain Bridal Bouquet competion two years in a row. Competing against designers from all over Colorado. I won the title of Master Designer each year. This I am very proud of! I've been married for 19 years. I have two "Sweet Peas" of my own. Two young boys who keep me on my toes and a Basset Hound baby named Violet who we all adore! I look forward to meeting you and helping you create your vision for your special day!
