Introduction: There are lots of cooking instructors out there but very few are willing to work with children. I also specialize in helping diabetics adjust to their specific diet plan recommended by their physician. I will go to the store with the client and even teach them how to read labeling and adhere carb counting to their shopping process. Since I am a diabetic myself, I like the idea that I am showing people how many options they have with food instead of limitations. New advances with organic foods and GMO free ingredients make for a diverse palette of choices.

Tony has created several delicious meals for our family and friends. The food is always fresh and beautifully prepared! Tony has also created meals to fit my dietary needs. So delicious! You would never even know they were low calorie and low fat! So yummy! I highly recommend Tony and will be using his services in the future!

I had a great time learning the different BBQ techniques. He came very prepared for the lesson with instructions on the various techniques I would be learning. He even gave me a brief lesson on types of knives and other cooking utensils. The cherry on top was the food, my wife and kids loved it and I didn't have to clean anything. We plan on utilizing him again in the near future. Thanks again Tony!
