FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I try to make my prices as fair as possible! The quotes I give are often fairly accurate, as I base them off of an hourly rate of $40/hr. This helps me cover the cost of traveling to clients houses, usage of my tools, and gives me a fair value for my work. I am willing to offer discounts on large job as well as repeat customers!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to give an expectation for the job by giving a rough estimate for how much the job will cost. Once a price has been agreed upon, I will work with the client to find the best time for both of us to have me come out and help. Upon arrival, I will always introduce myself and I will get right to work. I enjoy getting to know clients while I’m working and chatting with them, however I do really well just getting in and getting out if that’s their preference!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a degree in Business Management from George Mason University and 3 years of experience in Furniture Assembly. I was also a Professional Mover with Two Men and a Truck in CoSprings for 2 years, accredited with several awards. I have all the skills and practice needed to help assemble anything that you can order!
