- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Absolutely, standard service call rate is $99.00, no trip charges or additional fees, but best of all Free Estimates :-) Broken Springs (Standard sizes of course) $225-$250 in most residential cases, includes a full service (tune up)
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We receive the customer's call, email, or text and respond as promptly and professionally as possible. We find out the customers needs, if it is service required or a if a free estimate is needed to diagnose the issue. We schedule the most convenient block of time for the customer to meet with our technician to evaluate the situation, and our technicians always give a call when they are headed to our customer's homes. We give the customer the best options to fit their needs, not ours. We provide them with a free, no obligation quote if requested, and if they wish to have the service work done, our technicians will let them know if they can complete it while on site, or we will schedule a time to have the repairs completed that suits our customer. The final part of the process is making sure we met our customers expectations :-)
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was professionally trained for 6 months when I fist began in the industry, 17 years later I still do workshops and training seminars to make me a better service provider and in turn my technicians are better providers as well.
