I recently hired Wes to remodel my bathroom and couldn’t be happier with the results. Communication was excellent from start to finish - he kept me informed at every step and made the whole process smooth. I especially appreciated the upfront design concepts he provided before we began. Really helped me understand the vision and made it easy for us to get on the same page. The project ended up taking a bit more effort than initially expected but Wes honored his original fee and delivered a beautiful result! I’m already planning to bring him back to remodel my master bath. Highly recommend Wes if you’re looking for a trustworthy and skilled contractor!

Wes was/is awesome from day one. He called me back right away - which I so appreciated! He kept in good contact. He came out to my house to look at the problem and it turned out to be something different than originally thought! Even though the problem was plumbing related, Wes saw that I was in a bind. He actually went to Home Depot and got the part I needed and installed it! WOW! I am a 68 year young single female and I can’t tell you how much that meant to me! If you require the services of a contractor, Wes is definitely your guy - seriously! He is so nice and trustworthy, he’s the one 😀😀

Details: I'm just starting • Bathroom • Replace parts of existing structure • Less than 500 sq ft • Home

Wes was so helpful in doing a small job for us in between his larger projects. He was kind, communicative, and did really good work for us that was within out budget. We will be reaching out to him for any future work for sure!

Horrible, overcharged for services not provided and threatened to sue me when I asked for my money back. He did not finish my project and didn't submit any permits with the city. I asked for the invoices from the contractors he wouldn't provide any and just charge me based on "i said so".

Details: I'm just starting • Whole home or building • New custom construction • Yes, load-bearing structures are involved • 500 - 1,000 sq ft • Home

This project involved a particularly challenging cliffside lot with a steep topography and an unusually small buildable area. The type of challenge we actually love! Previous owners attempted to build, but ultimately walked away due to the complexity. We were brought on to evaluate whether construction was even feasible, which required coordination with engineers, land surveys, conceptual design work, and detailed preliminary cost estimates —all of which were were made transparent ahead of time and delivered as agreed. Ultimately, the project was canceled by the client due to budget constraints and complexity of building on the site—not because of anything that was left undone on our end and not because we didn't find a viable path forward and very close to budget expectations. The total cost billed reflected discovery work completed up to that point. We maintained full transparency of costs throughout our engagement, providing detailed explanation and clarity at each step in the process, and even a lot of unbilled sweat equity. I'm the end, the client got refunded a significant portion of the retainer. I take pride in operating with integrity, transparency, and professionalism in every project I take on. I understand it's frustrating to invest time and resources into a project that ultimately doesn’t come to fruition. I stand by the work we delivered and the good faith approach brought to a very challenging situation.
