Introduction: I am a general contractor licensed in Denver since 1997. I have been building for 25 years and in Denver since '97. I have been building upscale homes and duplexes in Cherry Creek, Hilltop, Crestmoor and Platt Park. I build spec projects for myself, and I am looking to build one home under contract for a homeowner. I specialize in homes on scattered lot and scrapes. Look for integrity first, then look for experience. Building a new home is a relationship. If you do not trust the builder, or the builder does not trust you, it is a very long and hard process. Good projects are much easier than that.
