Its very simple. We send a breakdown, which allows you to see where you're money is being spent.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Phone conversation. Discussing rough prices. 2. Meeting. If I'm in their budget, I come out for a rough estimate. 3. Decision. Client wants to move forward. We come out again, finalize numbers, sign a contract. 4. Start the process.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes. I am college educated, and I incessantly read about new practices to better the work I am providing.
