Brandon not inly helps keep the weight off he has targeted problem areas that were slated for a medical procedure....i credit him from eliminating the need for shoulder surgery. Also a great food coach. If you give the time he will get results. Skype works great....its like hes in the room.

I've worked with many trainers in the past and Branden is by far the best. I'm a runner and have struggled with back and hip pain for years. I've been working with Branden for almost 5 months now on correcting poor movement patterns and activating/strengthening weak muscles. I've noticed a significant improvement in my back and hips. He knows his stuff and he knows how to create an effective plan. In terms of biomechanics and injury prevention he looks at the full chain of movement and creates/modifies detailed recommendations specific to the individual. I highly recommend Branden.

I enjoy every workout, some more than others,😁 that I have with Branden!!!! He has tailored a workout to fit my needs, and one that continues to fit my needs as I have become stronger. I feel challenged every week, but never defeated. I feel blessed to be able to workout with such a great trainer! My only complaint would have to be his counting skills!!! 😉
