- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?I have developed 3 levels for you to access my services—1-on-1 PERSONAL TRAINING sessions, GROUP PERSONAL TRAINING sessions, and SKYPE sessions Your first 1-hour session is FREE. We will discuss and assess Your Present physical condition and Your Physical goals. NO Contracts. You choose the type of workout that fits Your Goals and Life— 1-on-1 PERSONAL TRAINING sessions (You Focused Time as we work through Your plan and advance You to the next level of physical capabilities) 1-hour in home or gym $89 GROUP PERSONAL TRAINING sessions (up 6 participants doing their own workouts as I assess individuals during movement of each exercise and encourage each individual—Tuesday & Friday at Westside Community Center) $20 per 1-hour session SKYPE sessions (1-on-1 Personal Training sessions via a skype connection wherever You are today!) 1-hour $60 or ½ hour $30
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?You and I Will Evaluate Where You Are Fitness Wise and Where You Want To Be Physically. I will then make You personalized plan for continued workout sessions AS We Work to Meet Your goals. Your 1st session is free: We will Not force or overwork Your muscles, but You will leave each session with rigor and renewed zest for life. Whether Your goal is to walk with Your love on a trail or Salsa dance on a cruise, IT is UP to You. I will be Your guide and encouragement every step of the way—Just send Me pictures of You doing the thing You want to do!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have 7 Personal Training Certifications—Senior Fitness Specialist and Corrective Movement Specialist ARE the ones I Enjoy and Apply Most for my client workouts. I am also Certified as Performance Enhancement Specialist; Golf Fitness Specialist; and to Instruct Martial Arts and TRX Suspension Fitness MY Clients’ total Weight loss is well over 2500 pounds (that is literally over a TON!) I have Held titles in Gyms as Personal Training Manager, Master Level Trainer and Lead Trainer
