- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I'm not gonna claim I'm the best around or I've been doing this for 20 years but I'm darn good at what I do & most of all I take pride in my work !! Right behind is my honesty.. I'm not one to be ashamed to make a mistake or admit I do not know something. & if I don't know, I'm researching or teaching myself along the way.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Clear communication is a must! First we will discuss what is needed to be done and agree on pay rate, time needed to complete task while we do a pre-walk through. I will then finish the job and apon completion we will do a final walk though, go over any questions you have & warranty's (if any) Updates throughout the project makes a much smoother time and happier customer.

O.S.H.A. Certified, I'm a Rough Terrain and Warehouse Forklift Operator, Slap-Scissor & Boom Lift Operator, Journeyman Finisher with Local 13 B.A.C. (Bricklayers & Allied Craft-workers), Certified Welder
