Late showing up for the service and didn’t tell us they would be late. Installed a washer and dryer, and still weren’t able to get it to work. I had Lowe’s come look at it, and the shipping bolts were still attached. The washer and dryer hook-up was accomplished, but they weren’t able to get it to work properly.
