- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I can charge time and material or by the project. It’s based on the type of project and the clients budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For something small we typically will meet and perform work simultaneously. For larger projects it’s beneficial to walk the project to get a better understanding of expectations.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’m an electrician, so the bulk of my work has been related to that field. I’ve renovated and built homes by hand, which gives me a unique skillset to perform various tasks.
