- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Understanding the client's vision is first. Whether this is simply the assembly instructions for a cabinet, or a unique style and finish for hardwood floors, I get all the info I can to help me pre-plan and anticipate the needs on the job. With an understanding of the goal prior to arrival, I am confident it will be a success.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have my degree in business management, and have the experience and training of running my own bar and restaurant. The repairs can eat the profits, so I began to learn through necessity.
